摘要： The scientific and practical aspects of medical and psychophysiological professional orientation in teenagers and young people have become more and more pressing due to their poorer health along with higher demands for their resistance to unfavourable factors. The aid of a physician and a psychophysiologist in their choice of a future profession promotes the prevention of general and occupational morbidity. Work on professional orientation should be began at school in the 5th-6th and done through school life during which they get a general and vocational education. Guidelines have been developed for effective medical and physiological professional counselling.

摘要： The influence of stress on all aspects of health and the importance of understanding the complex interaction of the mind and body has increasingly become an issue of worldwide concern. This article offers an overview of the stress response, emphasizing the interdependence of the neurobiological components - neurologic, neuroendocrine, and endocrine axes - with emotional, behavioral, and cognitive responses. Common measurements of stress are presented, including instruments that assess stressors, cognitive/affective dimensions, biological systems, and allostatic load. Understanding the role of perceived stress and the relationship between biological and psychosocial dimensions of stress and mental disorders expands the potential for effective interventions by mental health nurses. 摘要： Epithelial mucins, MUC gene products, are widely expressed in human organs such as airways, the urogenital and gastrointestinal tracts, and the eyes. MUC-type mucins have very large sizes and complex structures with very extensive O-glycosylation and are regarded as protective molecules. The aim of this review is to discuss mucin glycoproteins structure, biosynthesis and functions in normal and pathologically altered epithelial mucosa of human gastrointestinal tract.

摘要： A numerical model of the human nervous fiber and surroundingtissues is presented, which able to predict the outcome ofevoked-potential (EP) tests. It is designed to be helpful infar-field based diagnosis, as it has been validated throughexperimental results from evoked- potential tests. Regular andpathological situations have been simulated, and models fordiscontinuities in fiber and tissue have been developed, the goalbeing to locate and classify anomalies-either pathological orphysiological-based on the potential trace arising in EP tests.
