摘要:"Gold nanoparticles (GNPs) are commonly utilized in biomedical science, but the potential application of green synthesized herb-based GNPs is elusive. Here, aqueous extracts of Ammannia baccifera were used to synthesize GNPs, and the properties of green synthesized GNPs were analyzed. Our results showed that these GNPs possessed larvicidal activity for Anopheles subpictus and Culex Quinquefasciatus, and antimicrobial activity for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Bacillus subtilis. A rising dose of GNPs in zebrafish followed an increasing Au accumulation. Furthermore, the expression levels of immune-related genes were dramatically activated after exposure to these GNPs. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the potential application of the GNPs derived from A. baccifera extract."
