摘要:"This study presents the development of a novel near-infrared (NIR) probe RBP for detecting phosgene. The probe RBP is based on a NIR rhodamine derivative incorporating o-phenylenediamine as the recognition moiety. RBP exhibits exceptional selectivity and sensitivity, along with near-infrared fluorescence emission (661 nm), a rapid response time (9 s), and an extraordinarily low detection limit (0.37 nM). Additionally, highly selective test strips have been successfully fabricated to detect gaseous phosgene, enabling the visualization of even trace concentrations of phosgene vapor. This research provides valuable insights into the design of near-infrared fluorescent probes for the detection of phosgene."
