摘要:"Acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) is a condition of substantial public health significance, marked by elevated morbidity and mortality rates. Despite advancements in the management of chronic heart failure, effective interventions for ADHF remain elusive. The cardinal manifestations of ADHF primarily stem from congestion, underscoring the pivotal role of vasodilators in a comprehensive therapeutic approach for individuals afflicted with this condition. In recent years, diuretics have been widely regarded as the primary treatment for ADHF, while vasodilators have often been neglected. Despite diuretics have demonstrated efficacy, their therapeutic strategies have not yielded the anticipated level of success. Consequently, we hypothesize a novel therapeutic strategy for ADHF, wherein vasodilators assume a central role, with a heightened emphasis on the correct application of the medications and a diminished reliance on diuretics, all with the intention of optimizing the healing effect provided to ADHF patients in enhancing their prognosis and quality of life."
