摘要:"Strain sensors have important applications in the field of wearable electronics, but there are still many challenges in constructing high sensitivity, wide range and waterproof strain sensors using a simple method. In this work, we designed and fabricated a strain sensor with an inner surface sensing layer. Specifically, the strain sensor consists of latex tube elastomer and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) conductive film. The results show that the strain sensor has a wide strain detection range (0-200%), low detection limit (0.1%), and high sensitivities (gauge factors: 20.9 (0-65% strain) and 91.1 (65-200% strain)). Benefitting from the protection of the outer latex tube, the strain sensor has a natural waterproof property. By combining signal processing circuits and software design, the strain sensor can be used for motion detection and gesture reconstruction. By directly constructing an inner surface layer strain sensing film, this work provides a useful reference for developing high sensitivity, wide range and waterproof strain sensor."
