A New Cu(II) Complex: Photodegrading Rhodamine B and Application on Laryngeal Cancer Surgical Bacterial Infection Combined with Preventive Care

摘要:"Hydrothermal reactions of Cu(II) salts, K2Cr2O7, and bpp generated a new Cu(II) compound, namely, [Cu(Cr2O7)(bpp)2]n [1, bpp was 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane]. The resulting compound had an optical band gap of 3.22 eV and high photocatalytic activity for degrading Rhodamine B under UV light irradiation. The application of 1 combined with preventive care for laryngeal cancer surgical bacterial infection was explored, and the relevant mechanism was analyzed. The inflammatory cytokines, i.e., TNF-a and IL-1(3, released into the plasma during such infection was measured by ELISA. Real-time RT-PCR was performed to test the levels of relative expression of the bacterial survival genes after treatment with 1."
