摘要:"Upon preliminary investigation, it was discovered that irrational tube feeding was prevalent within our hospital. We conducted an analysis of the underlying causes and implemented corresponding solu-tions through the use of PDCA. Before intervention, 15 clinical departments were found to be experiencing irrational drug administration, with a proportion accounting for 11.20%. After PDCA, only 12 clinical depart-ments were impacted, and the percentage of unreasonable prescriptions for tube feeding decreased to 6.81%, demonstrating a significant decrease in comparison to pre-intervention levels (p < 0.05). The most types of drugs involved in irrational tube feeding before and after PDCA implementation were cardiovascular system drugs, while the majority of dosage forms involved in irrational drugs before and after PDCA implementation were slow-release preparations. In summary, through the PDCA cycle, we have made progress in improving the irrational phenomenon of tube feeding within our hospital, yet there is still room for further improvement."
